I don’t have much of a church community at this time. Thank God for His word that encourages me.

This last week has been exhausting, invigorating, stimulating, refreshing and just plain wonderful. I met so many new friends, young and old, learned so much and enjoyed myself, even though every night after VBS and work, I went home exhausted and was able to do nothing but take my meds and get my clothes and other things ready for the next day. So I won’t be able to be with them tomorrow during the service, I would have to drive too far, I will be joining them for the fun in the evening. So I now sheep in two flocks — churches — and I feel the love so greatly.
Sisters, be blessed and know you are loved. -
“You are my flock, the human flock of my pasture, and I am your God. This is the declaration of the Lord GOD.” —Ezekiel 34:31
The flock of God. The one part of many. Together we can accomplish much. Yet there is such power in the faith of one. Our hope is rooted in a covenant promise between God and one man, Abraham. His single act of faith was the source of God’s fatherly blessing for “all nations” (Genesis 12:3). We exist between and within a vast and mysterious creation. From the microscope to the telescope, we can focus in on mind-blowing details. “How great is our God?! Sing with me!” This is the root of my joy. This is why Jesus taught us to pray by first acknowledging and hallowing our Father. Where He is leads us to who He is. His love for us, His flock, is grounded in an unbreakable covenant. He said so. He gave us His Word. History proves His sovereignty again and again and again. He has taken hold of us by His right hand of salvation (Isaiah 41:10). “You must not fear; for I am with you; you must not be afraid, for I am your God.” He is our strength and helper no matter where we are or what we face. He wants us to see Him, know Him, “and take heart and understand together” (Isaiah 41:20). Selah. Maranatha. Amen. -
I love knowing that I’m a part of God’s flock, and he is my GOD! THANK YOU JESUS! ❤️ Hallelujah!

Doesn’t get much clearer than that! It’s like He’s giving us a definition of Immanuel = God with us ❤️
