He is so faithful. I think that is the top lesson from this ot study for me – faithful through all generations, in all seasons and all sins, trials and triumphs

Praying for you, Victoria! May God bless you and your husband with peace, wisdom, and a baby in this season of waiting. I have also done IVF after 3.5 years filled of waiting as well as different interventions. It resulted in my miracle baby boy who is now 16 months! If you have any questions, please let me know. We can certainly write here or outside this app and I would be happy to walk with you in this.

I’m getting caught up on my readying today; thankful for grace days. Sisters please pray for my sister-in-law’s brother. His name is Yoan. He’s only 21 and in a coma in the ICU. He is very far from his family and they were scrambling today just to find out where he was. Please pray for healing and peace for the family. Thank you

Shianne ~ my thought would be that it depends on whom is doing the translation and what they feel is proper.
When one is personally copying a verse out or writing out a prayer… it will depend on what they feel comfortable with or seems proper to them. Myself…I always prefer to capitalize the pronouns regarding the Lord, God or Jesus. It just feels proper or honouring to me. (But that’s just my personal feeling. Similar to when some people continue to call my husband “Pastor Steve” and we say … “Please, you can just call me (or call him) — Steve. Really!” And there’s always a few that will say “Oh, I could never do that!! I just don’t feel comfortable with that!”)

Tina!!! I was just thinking about you today. Thank you so much for praying. My sister made it home safely. Exhausted but she’s home. It’s so good to hear from you. I also been thinking about her dear friend Churchmouse. Praying that she is OK.

@ LAUREN, Thanks for your comment yesterday! Touched me.

  7. Shianne Hayden says:

Not really on topic but I have always wondered why sometimes when referring to God/Jesus it is Him or His and sometimes it is him or his. Why is it capitalized sometimes and not other times?

  8. Sharon, Jersey Girl says:

Thank you Kelly for your prayers – they are so much appreciated! Today’s verse prompted me to read all of Psalm 145, where verse 15 jumped out at me – “The eyes of all look expectantly to You, and You give them their food in due season.” I go to God, I pour my heart…and then, I wait – expectantly! Have a blessed weekend!

I am praying for your anxiety. Father, cover Victoria in Your peace. Remove the lies from her mind that threaten to overshadow what is true. You are with her and her husband. You have never left them, and You will not abandon them now. Thank You, LORD, for Your faithfulness. Bless Victoria and her husband as they go for this procedure. You know the way that they take. Bless her womb. May it accept this life, and may this sweet, little life grow and remain attached to her. Let it grow and flourish. Be close to Victoria during this time of waiting. Silence the lies of the enemy that tell her that this won’t work. You, Lord, know the beginning and the end. We trust You and bless Your name. In Jesus’s name, Amen.

this is a great verse. It’s a beautiful day here. My sister and I are going to spend some time w/ my son and dil a little later out in the country. They own ten acres in a small town, Perry, here in Kansas. Can’t wait. I think it will do my sister good. I will get to see my grand fur babies too.
Have a great day and weekend and be safe. Those of you who live in the U.S. be very safe today and tomorrow when celebrating. Be blessed all.

Praying for you, Victoria today and on Tuesday. May God bless you and your husband with peace, wisdom, and a baby in this season of waiting. It is a season I know too well- my hubby and I waited 3.5 years (with a multitude of medical interventions) and finally succeeded a with IVF. Our miracle is now 16 months. If you need someone to message (here or outside of this) for questions about IVF, then I am happy to walk with you in this.
