Take this day to catch up on your reading, pray, and rest in the presence of the Lord.
To him who loves us and has set us free from our sins by his blood, and made us a kingdom, priests to his God and Father—to him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.
—Revelation 1:5–6

Thank you Rhonda J and Kim’s. I appreciate your comments. I definitely missed that in the comments of the last study. I tend to read the comments that come up in the morning when I’m reading and not go back to the previous comments. I’ve definitely been missing the other she’s!
Hi Mari! Praying for you as the Lord brought me through 7 months of chronic insomnia. Fill yourself with scripture and do your best to not make an idol out of sleep – I stumbled down that path and it made it so much worse. As soon as I started to let go and let God, the sleep slowly started to improve. Your sleep will get better. Scripture that helped me during that time was Isaiah 26:3, “you keep him in perfect peace whos mind is set on you because he trusts in you.” God bless!
♥️
Good morning sweet SRT She’s. Happy Saturday!. I would appreciate prayers as I have been having issues
You also : )
Hi Danielle B! SRT is currently in a 3 week break, so they put some older studies on the “today’s reading” tab such as this one. Since some of us had done this Kingdom study, we decided to choose an older one to do together. We had decided on two Psalm studies that would fill the 3 week break. On Monday we will “meet” on Psalms of Rest study. You have to find it in the older studies on the SRT site. You can also google it and it should come up, or bookmark once you find it. (I just leave it up on my laptop tap, then go to the next day every day!) It will fill the last week of the 3 week break! Then SRT will be back to normal, and I believe it is the study of Amos! Hope to see you with us on Psalms! I hop over here as well because I am not under time constraints! :)
DANIELLE B – the Psalms Of Rest study is an older one. I access the plans through the website where you can browse previous study plans (have to go back a ways) or I think you can google She Reads Truth Psalms of Rest to find it.
There is a group that just finished Psalms of Gratitude & the Rest one will start fresh on Monday, May 15! (It was coordinated in the comments of the last SRT “official” study)
@rhonda j You mention the Psalms study. I’m confused. I only have access to the kingdom study or the Mark and 1 2 Thessalonians study’s. Did the Psalms study already start?
Rhonda J I might do that because I need rest.
@Dorthy! Prayers for you as you go through this time, there must be lots of emotions. We have heard you speak of Carol so often over the years.
Miss ya’ll over on Psalms study. We will do Psalms of rest on Monday if you want to pop over there!
Christ is our everything and He came for us. LET US REJOICE.
Amen and Hallelujah!
DOROTHY – praying for you as you are pressing through your grief. Not being motivated to do things is a very normal part of the process. Maybe your brothers can come alongside you to help in more/different ways then they already are.
Congratulations
Thank you lord!

CONGRATS BARBARA!!
Praising God and giving Him the glory for graduating with my Bachelor’s degree today!! Perfect verse for a perfect day! I absolutely love these bible studies!
Bless the Lord o my soul, and all that is within me, bless his Holy name. Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits. The Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.
This is such a joyous verse.
I love a grace day!
Happy Saturday Sisters. “To Him who set us free by His blood,” indeed we have been set free! May we give Him the glory forever and ever!! Amen! Praise be to Jesus. ERB thank you for your words this morning. Verse 9 If you do not Stand firm in your faith you will not stand at all.” really reminded me that if we are dead in our sins, if we haven’t believed in Jesus yet, we have not His life and light, and then in our walk when we do have salvation should be full of standing in faith, I have failed in this, but by His grace and Spirit I am thankful to be standing now, even as the storm sometimes feels like it might pull me under, He is with me. Thanks ERB, He is mighty and so good, hard to read some parts of these chapters as we see the punishment, but I can feel God’s sorrow in it as well. And this the scripture about the virgin birth and His plan for redemption at times in there reminds who He is and His mercy that embraces us in salvation.
Happy Saturday to all you my beautiful SRT sisters!
STRUGGLING and all SRT sisters: May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope. – Romans 15:13

Amen!!!! Such an awesome scripture to put to memory!
Maura, I LOVED what you wrote about the stump and the seed in Isaiah 6!!! There’s wisdom and insight in what you said and really appreciate you sharing it!! Isaiah 7 talks about war and the coming Messiah… but what really stood out to me was the last part of verse 9 “If you do not stand firm in your faith, you will not stand at all.’” Such a POWERFUL a statement!!!
Hope all you wonderful ladies have a super blessed and rechargeable weekend!!! Love you sisters!! ❤️
