Take this day to catch up on your reading, pray, and rest in the presence of the Lord.
He will wipe away every tear from their eyes.

Thank you Lord
I love this promise, especially during these hard times. We know that this world is not all there is. We have a heavenly home where there will be no more suffering or sickness. I pray we can see more glimpses of that paradise on earth soon.
Linda B
As I read your post my heart goes out to you. God is near to you always, but I pray that you will feel His presence in new and mighty ways. May His sweet Holy Spirit surround you and allow you the rest you need at night! May the peace that He promised us overwhelm your anxiety like a flood and leave you drenched in His love. I hear the voice of Elizabeth Elliot saying,” You are loved with an everlasting love, that’s what the Bible says, and underneath are the everlasting arms.” Those everlasting arms are holding you, my Dear!
Bless you!
So THANKFUL for that promise anD so THANKFUL that in the meantime there is such a great community of believers/sisters in Christ with whom we can share our tear-filled moments!
CHURCHMOUSE, thanks for sharing that visual!
KIRSTYN, you have the sweetest spirit and your Faith strength is so inspirational. THANK YOU for blessing us here. Continued prayers!
Kristyn, I am praying for you during this difficult time. I always
Envision my mother and grandmother in heaven in rocking chairs rocking my baby until the day I will have that privilege.
Praying for you, Kirstyn.
Praying for you and your family, Linda.
Thank you Lord for your promises to us and the gift of assurance.
Trusting the process to my promise. Taking in this day of rest and catch up to be in the Lords presence.
Thank You Jesus for Your Words
I hold onto to this Promise! It’s a Promise, dear sisters!
My heart longs for that day, no more troubles of the day no more tears, no more unknowns, no more anxiety, depression, fear of the unknown or just simply scared. HE is coming for us and hopefully soon.
I prayed before reading today’s scripture that it would be just what I needed to hear to help CALM MY FEARS. Combined with yesterdays readings That is exactly what I received.
I have had many tears recently. Our business has been without work for 5 months Due to the economy. We have serious financial worries and it is affecting our health. I find myself barely sleeping and having no rest since I wake up often so anxious about how to handle the next day. Our savings are almost gone. We have cut everything (we are thrifty to begin with). It is the fear of the unknown that is so hard to live with. We are very close to our retirement years and I fear that this will put us as a burden to our children in our later years ( I told myself I would never do that to them since i took care of my parents and I am glad I did, but, it was so hard).
I remind myself that we have a home that is safe, clean, and we own it. Our pantry was well stocked before this downturn. We have large gardens and we will use it to feed ourselves and others.
We have good friends, family and our church who have and will pray for us!!!
I continue to remind myself that my Savior has a plan and I am part of that. I pray to find the joy that being fearful throws a shadow over.
I want to say THANK YOU to She Reads Truth Family. I published once before during a very difficult time and your prayers and kind words gave me strength to face the next day. When I read the daily messages sent out to offer comfort and support to others I feel words of Matthew 11:20, “Come to me all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest” in action.
Many thanks Linda B.
Lifting you and your family before the Lord….
Praying for you Linda B. May the Lord’s blessings and peace be upon you and your family. ❤️
Your family is in my prayers, Linda B. God will provide!
Heavenly Father, you know Linda by name. You created her in Your image, pour out Your favor over her, her family, and their business. Bring a time of refreshment to them and increase their faith in You. Remind Linda of the times past that You have been there for her and provided for her. Give her peaceful nights and refreshing sleep. I ask this all in Jesus Christ’s name.
Amen praying for you Linda
Kirstyn, your faith is a bright, shining light! May you be comforted by it’s warmth. May His light surround and warm you.
Kristyn. Praying that the Holy Spirit envelope you with His comfort and peace.
Kirstyn, your baby boy has been much loved, and is loved still. What a gift you gave him. Now he sees the face of Jesus, the very One Who created him and gave him to you. The length of his time alive on earth is irrespective to your great love and the eternal life he now experiences. He beholds the face of God! Tears of sorrow and yet tears of joy. Praying God will be especially close to you all today.
Oh what a gracious God we have! What a verse for the day I enter the hospital to deliver my baby boy who is already with Jesus! He’s already THERE! And all the tears I’ll cry this week will be wiped away.
Praying for you, Krystyn.
Kirsten – sorry about that.
Ha! Thank you, autocorrect- Kirstyn!
Prayers for you.
WE are sisters and we cry with you. Praying for you Kirstyn.
Oh Kirtstyn. How we mourn with you. Praying for comfort for you and your family.
Kirstyn, my heart hurts for you. I pray God grants you the peace that passes understanding. May you lean on Him during all the difficult times to come.
Aching with you. Prayers for you and your family.
I’m so incredibly sorry for you and your family’s loss, Kirstyn. What a verse to be there to comfort you and remind you that the Lord will wipe away your tears and has wiped away your sweet baby boy’s tears as he enters heaven to be with Jesus. Prayers for you and your family ❤️
Kirstin, your faithfulness brings encouragement to me. Praying for you as you mourn the loss of Colton here on earth, but you look forward to the time of reunion with him.
This is such a beautiful visual: that Jesus would reach out, look deeply into my eyes, cup my face in His scarred hands, and wipe away my tears, once and for all time.
It brings me to tears, tears that reflect that I could be so loved.
This one hit home. Please pray for my (now ex) bf’s salvation. That he hears & experiences the Holy Spirit speak time him. He’s so close & yet fear and sin seem to stop him from fully giving his life over to God.
Praying that his heart & mind will be opened to the love, grace & salvation through Jesus Christ alone.
Praying for him!
Kristyn, I’m praying for you. May God be ever so close to you. I know He weeps with you.
❤️
Revelation 21:1-7 Thank you Father God, thank you Jesus, for your promises, forgiveness and the gift of salvation. May we continue to walk with you and be a light to those around us.
