BY She Reads Truth
Use today to pray, rest, and reflect on this week’s reading, giving thanks for the grace that is ours in Christ.
For God is greater than our hearts, and he knows all things.

Love,, love, love sometimes I wonder just what that is or what it is supposed to really look like. There is loving others like Jesus did. So many definitions. I feel so cynical today. So lost and disconnected. Thankfully God does not change with my moods. Sometimes I get tired of trying. I know you are not supposed to expect anything in return, but sometimes it would be nice to feel like I am part of a team. I’m just at a loss. I’m not in control,r I know but I am blinded to the light right now. In limbo.

While doing the daily readings I highlighted this verse and sent it to my sister. I’m honestly touched to see it set apart here. It is so meaningful to me with my generalized anxiety and perfectionist tendencies. Thank you Jesus.

I love this verse today. It is very applicable to what I am going through in my life right now. I definitely rely too much on my feelings, and during this new season of motherhood, I can’t trust on my feelings or my heart. I need to trust in what God says about me.
