  1. JoAnn Foley-DeFiore says:

    9And the Lord will be king over all the earth. On that day the Lord will be one and his name one.

  2. E Hong says:

    7And there shall be a unique day, which is known to the Lord, neither day nor night, but at evening time there shall be light.

  3. May Alcorn says:

    Love seeing where in the OT these familiar NT references to Christ are from.

    1. May Alcorn says:

      7“Awake, O sword, against my shepherd,
      against the man who stands next to me,”
      declares the Lord of hosts.

      “Strike the shepherd, and the sheep will be scattered;
      I will turn my hand against the little ones.

    Satan will do anything to silence the work of Jesus. But God can not be stopped! Thank You Lord that You have the victory! Praise you!

  6. Heidi L says:

    So cool to see OT & NT passages talking about end times… God reigns! We can stand in His truth and know that justice and righteousness will prevail.

    1. Monica says:

      Heidi, I noticed that too and thought it was awesome. Seeing the similarities in old and new testament really prove to me the authenticity of Scripture.

  7. Laura says:

    9 This third I will put into the fire;
    I will refine them like silver
    and test them like gold.
    They will call on my name
    and I will answer them;
    I will say, ‘They are my people,’
    and they will say, ‘The Lord is our God.’ ”
    Thankful for His loving kindness, that He does not put us through refining fire without good purpose and great compassion!

      That stood out to me too! Love it!
