    I have been through spiritual warfare lately. I haven’t really read the Bible by myself in a while and in today’s reading, God let me know that he is still with me even through the tough times. Praise Him

    I am so thankful for the words in Psalm 138 today. The last few weeks have been tough for me, and this was a great reminder that I can still worship the Lord with everything in me, knowing that he hears me, and His love for me continues on.

Oh Lord, you have a purpose for me that is governed by your faithful love. It will be brought to pass. Thank you Lord for having a plan for me. And thank you for promising to accomplish that plan.

    Loved the readings today. Psalms 139 was so refreshing to me, to know God knows me from the inside and out, when I question my thoughts and actions; I need to stop and remember that God gave them to me before I even thought/did them myself!

    Ps138:2b “For You have magnified Your word according to all Your name.” As His name stands true, so does His word! And we, ladies, have almost read through the entire Bible. Woot! Woot!! :)

    It’s one that is soooo encouraging and reminds me of just how secure we are in God’s love even if we don’t think so. Romans 8:28 – nothing can separate us from his love. I love David’s response to that knowledge… “23 Search me, God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. 24 See if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.”
