“Don’t grumble about each other, brothers and sisters, or you will be judged. For look—the Judge is standing at the door!”
    ‭‭James‬ ‭5:9‬ ‭NLT‬‬
the Lord is the only judge. we are to love each other.

i love how in James it used Job as an example of someone who was patient in suffering. I’m still trying to understand Job but from all that i’ve been reading Job suffered a lot. James reminds us that we need to be patient as we wait on the Lord. It talked about farmers who wait for the rain to come in the fall and the spring. “You, too, must be patient. Take courage, for the coming of the Lord is near.”
    ‭‭James‬ ‭5:8‬ ‭NLT‬‬

I feel you. Maybe you could use blue letter bible. It is a great resource! Or a youth version. ❤️

  7. Danika Seabrands says:

7 Be patient, therefore, brothers, until the coming of the Lord. See how the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, being patient about it, until it receives the early and the late rains. 8 You also, be patient. Establish your hearts, for the coming of the Lord is at hand. – James 5:7-8
