Above all else, guard your heart for it is the wellspring of life. It’s very true that if we store up good things in our hearts, our words and actions will be good. I’m finding it hard during this time of quarantine to fill myself up with good things. There just seems to be so much time to focus on the bad- and there’s so much bad and evil present right now. But I have to remember to be gentle with myself and with my heart. And to be careful about what I’m letting into my heart.
