Yes such a controversial issue, thank you so much for your insights that we all have our own struggles. It makes me think of our Christian brothers and sisters who endure so much suffering and even give up their ‘right’ to their very lives in order to stand for God’s truth. Let alone their sexuality. Walking in God’s will is never easy – but understanding that our struggles can’t compare to the joy awaiting us for all eternity in heaven really helps me focus.
I have so much deep admiration for those who don’t cling to their rights and give up much/sacrifice much in order to walk God’s will. That is so much the likeness of Jesus and those people are my inspiration as well every day!

Let’s continue to search the scriptures, OT & NT and live by Gods original design for for male & female, and for marriage found in Gen 1-2. “but for Adam there was not found a helper suitable for him so the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon the man and he slept … And God fashioned into a woman the rib which He had taken from the man and brought her to the man…for this reason a man shall leave his father and mother, and be joined to his wife, and they shall become one flesh and the man and his wife were both naked and were not ashamed.”
God Bless everyone! Is more clear than water that our bodies, spirit and mind belongs to God. Who bought us with His holy blood. In ours prayer ask God for forgiveness and clean us for the impurities of the flesh.

It saddens me that so many Christians are being pulled in this way. God does not make anyone gay. It is a lie straight from the pits of hell.
It was a spirit 2000 years ago, and God never changes. His word never changes and what was a homosexuality spirit then is one now.
We as Christians need to stop trying to “get with the times”
The holy and PERFECT Word of God calls us to come out from amongst them! To be a separated people! Unfortunately many of us are fitting right in.
Yes we need to love everyone, but we don’t have to love sin. It’s tricky and we all have struggles, but the same power that rose Jesus up from the grave lives inside of us! We have the power through Jesus to make it through! Hallelujah!
Starting this plan today and I’m excited for what’s to come!
My pastor spoke about this briefly on Sunday and brought up such an amazing point that I had never viewed before. He said that one of his pastor friends told him a story of how he and this young man, who was gay, were talking about homosexuality and the young man said “I can’t change this, this is the way I was born” and the pastor replied “me too”. And obviously you can imagine how confused the young man was, but the pastor went on saying “…I was born greedy, and selfish, and lustful, etc.” and the pastor begins to tell the young man that the devil will do anything he can go pervert the way of The Lord, and he’s good at it, he’s the master of it, but we have to solely base what we believe on the word of God. We were all born with different “struggles” but God has “rules” for a reason. He LOVES us and wants the absolute BEST for His children! So yes, I do believe that we all are born with our different personal struggles, but God never intended us to handle that on our own. We have to trust and obey Him and His word.
Amen yes! This is the way I always look at it. Some were born with a tendency to lie, steal, have an awful temper, to have homosexual tendencies – all born into sin because of Adams fall. We can’t change that but the blood of Jesus can! It would be ridiculous to keep stealing because ‘that’s the way I was born’. That’s why we need Jesus.
