Nicole Smithee

Nicole has spent over 20 years serving the local church and speaking at conferences, churches, and events around the world. She is passionate about helping leaders thrive in their calling, and provides personal and practical coaching and community for Christian female leaders through the Lead with Love Coaching and Cohort. She also provides communication coaching for pastors, ministers, and public speakers. She is the co-author of Brilliance Awakened: 21 Devotions to Embrace Your God-Given Potential. She co-hosts The Iridescent Podcast to encourage and equip women around topics of faith, leadership, and motherhood. She lives in Dallas, Texas, with her husband Ben and their daughter Quinn.
