Many of you have commented on how heavy-hitting these three little books of 1, 2 and 3 John have been for you. Following on the heels of the This Is The Gospel plan, it makes sense that you may need to come up for air. We hope you’ll use this weekend to do just that.
Breathe a little.
Pray a little.
Pray a lot.
Catch up on your reading if you’re behind, or just take time to let those truths that the Holy Spirit has been teaching you sink a little deeper into your heart.

A follow-up to This Is The Gospel, This Is The Bible is a short reading plan that explores another vitally important aspect of our faith — God’s Word.
What do we know about Scripture from Scripture?
What does God say about His Word?
How does this affect our relationship with Him and with the Bible itself?
We can’t wait to dig into all this and more with you next week.
The This Is The Bible reading plan will begin on Monday, February 24.
And Then
We are excited to do our first ever Lent reading plan with you this year! It is still taking shape, and it may be a bit different (read: less formal) than you’d expect, but our prayer is that it will be a sweet time of setting our hearts on the Lord and His Word as we prepare to celebrate the resurrection.
We love you, ladies, and we are so honored to walk alongside you from day to day.

Can I ask what the next study is after A living Hope and before Amos?
Love that APP was in bold in appropriate. Can't wait for the announcement! I am new to this site, but have read your devotionals on You Version. I am going to read yesterday's & today's devotionals today and catch up on the newest plan. :)

Hi! I have grown so much through these plans, they are such a blessing! I would love to see more plans on specific books of the Bible too, maybe a Jeremiah, Isaiah, Ezekiel or more minor prophets? Have a great weekend sisters!!

Just wanted to say a huge thank you for all you do at shereadstruth. It has transformed my bible study to something I long for and enjoy. Today, I kept reading after 3 John and went through Jude. I simply adore the Doxology at the end, and if it's alright, I would like to speak (err…type?) it over you ladies today.
"Now to HIM who is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you blameless before the presence of HIS glory with great joy, to the only God, our Savior, through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, dominion, and authority before all time and now and forever. Pray for me sisters. I continue to start reading plans and fall off. I'm the queen of backsliding and I'm just going through a lot right now. I'd appreciate it if you kept me in your prayers, and also asking for special fervent prayer for my church which is reaching the near end of our unfortunate foreclosure situation. I know that God is faithful even when I am not, but I would just really appreciate your prayers being that I've been slacking on it personally. Thank you.
@justemmahh – First of all, about the queen of backsliding bit, I'm going to do what my sweet, Jesus-loving mama would do in this situation and say, I rebuke that in the name of Jesus! Dear Sister, you are not the queen of backsliding. That is now WHO you are. You are a daughter of the Most High, the Creator of heaven and earth, the God who made you AS you are and came to earth to show you just how deeply and fully you are loved. I sense that you know this already, but I want you to hear it anyway, okay? My hurt hearts to imagine the situation your church is in right now and the confusion it may bring to your congregation. Lord, be near to this Sister and her church family, draw them closer to you and to one another as they endure this difficult time. Show yourself to be faithful just like we know you always are. Give @justemmahh tangible assurances of your love today, reminders that whether she starts and finishes a reading plan is not the point. The point is seeking after your heart, repenting when we fall short, and believing again and again that what you say is true. Amen, amen.

I have been so blessed in the past almost 2 years with having SRT in my life. I'm so grateful for all the work each of you ladies put into all the devotionals (and otherwise!) for us to have. Excited for what's coming next! ;)
Thank you for all you do! I have tried much of my 27 years of life to read the bible without much success. I would feel overwhelmed… often feeling like I couldn't understand. With your plan, I have become comfortable with reading the word, even look forward to it. My day isn't the same without it! Although it is an online community and I never comment I still feel fully supported throughout my journey by this group of women. Thank you.
First off, I love everyone's app puns. They're too great. I also love how all these girls who usually don't comment have today; it helps me realize how many people are truly being blessed by SRT and the fellowship of comments they do see. Girls– all of you, everyone– since joining SRT back in (April, I think? the end of March?) has completely revolutionized my walk with God and brought me closer. You girls have totally been the second family of sisters and friends when I've needed it so much through this past season. Praise God for all of you! This Is The Bible plan is so timely, as my husband and I prepare to teach middle schoolers trough Wayne Grudem’s 20 Essential Truths, looking forward to searching and learning about God’s Word FROM His word.
Also super excited about the Lent plan-Advent was such a heart changing experience in God’s Word, can’t wait to see how He draws me to Himself during Lent too!
