  1. Lauren Garza says:

    He never forgets. He is our redeemer. He saves. He is Lord our God our savior! He declares. He controls. He is the 1st and the last. He is our strength. He chooses us. He appoints. He comforts. He doesn’t forget. He is righteous. He resurrects. He transforms. He saves.

  5. Oceanna King says:

    16 Draw near to me, hear this:
    from the beginning I have not spoken in secret,
    from the time it came to be I have been there.”
    And now the Lord God has sent me, and his Spirit. – Isaiah 48:16

  8. Lisa Egnew says:

    18 Lift up your eyes around and see;
    they all gather, they come to you.
    As I live, declares the Lord,
    you shall put them all on as an ornament;
    you shall bind them on as a bride does. – Isaiah 49:18

  9. Chloe Brun says:

    God helped me close a door today which was filled with graciousness, mutual respect, forgiveness, humility and love. It’s all I could ask for. When He does this, its only because a better one will be opened. He doesn’t forget ❤️

  11. April Ruen says:

    9and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which comes through faith in Christ, the righteousness from God that depends on faith—

  12. Sarah Johnson says:

    Sometimes I feel like God forgets things that I lift up to him. But when I read everything he has done – and things like “I will not forget you! See, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands.” I remember that this isn’t God’s first rodeo. That he actually created the rodeo. And that I can trust him to not forget me or even the smallest requests that I have.

  13. JoAnn Foley-DeFiore says:

    7But whatever gain I had, I counted as loss for the sake of Christ. 8Indeed, I count everything as loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. For his sake I have suffered the loss of all things and count them as rubbish, in order that I may gain Christ

  14. JoAnn Foley-DeFiore says:

    13Sing for joy, O heavens, and exult, O earth;
    break forth, O mountains, into singing!
    For the Lord has comforted his people
    and will have compassion on his afflicted.

  15. Sharon Ide says:

    Judgment is coming to the people of Babylon who said “I am and there is no other”. What is wonderful and true for God to declare of himself, is foolish blasphemy for man to say. May we be careful in the context of our nation or even our self-focused nature to speak the blasphemy “I am and there is no other.”

  16. E Hong says:

    8Thus says the Lord:
    “In a time of favor I have answered you;
    in a day of salvation I have helped you;
    I will keep you and give you
    as a covenant to the people,
    to establish the land,
    to apportion the desolate heritages,

  17. Jess Morris says:

    I often struggle trying to find that deeper relationship… and these verses broke my heart for my dad who does not know the Lord (and refuses to hear a word about Him). Would appreciate prayers, that I might be a good servant to Him and show my dad the love of Christ, somehow.

  18. Megan says:

    I love these verses. “I didn’t want some petty, inferior brand of righteousness that comes from keeping a list of rules when I could get the robust kind that comes from trusting Christ — God’s righteousness.” I struggle big time with feeling inferior to other people/believers. Such great love notes today.

    You really make it appear really easy along with your presentation but I to find this topic to be really something which I believe I would by no means understand. It sort of feels too complicated and extremely extensive for me. I’m taking a look ahead on your next publish, I¡¦ll attempt to get the cling of it!

  20. Jenna says:

    10 You have trusted in your wickedness
    and have said, ‘No one sees me.’
    Your wisdom and knowledge mislead you
    when you say to yourself,
    ‘I am, and there is none besides me.’
    So many times I find myself wanting control of a situation or trying to change my circumstances when I need to just let it go and trust in God. Reading the bible everyday is a much needed reminder for me that it’s not my wisdom and knowledge that will help but rather trusting God and having faith in the plan he has set for me

  21. Eleanor Hyde says:

    the fact that our nature to ‘try and be perfect’ is so unworthy in itself gets me every time. God knows we can’t follow all the rules – that’s why he sent Jesus. he just wants us to trust Christ, and be transformed by the power of the holy spirit (the same spirit that raised christ) so that we know Jesus on a personal level. this then will compel us to minister and act.
    I need this so bad. I’m on my knees tonight, again giving it too him. how many times I’ll have to do this I don’t know, but i do know that God is graceful and the spirit will come and do this when the time is right. and that exactly is number 1 in trust – not ‘making’ the spirit come but waiting, and trusting until it comes.

    1. Darlisha says:

      Thank you for this!

  22. JoAnn says:

    10 Behold, I have refined you, but not as silver;
    I have tried you in the furnace of affliction.
    11 For my own sake, for my own sake, I do it,
    for how should my name be profaned?
    My glory I will not give to another. 12 “Listen to me, O Jacob,
    and Israel, whom I called!
    I am he; I am the first,
    and I am the last.
    13 My hand laid the foundation of the earth,
    and my right hand spread out the heavens;
    when I call to them,
    they stand forth together.

  23. Sheena Sopchak says:

    I am the same way. I have always been a Christian but never had that deep relationship. I am new to studying the word and am so excited to read and learn from scripture and the wonderful ladies on here!

      Welcome!

  24. Hello everyone! I am new to this app and am so excited to be more I’m God’s word and for this verse today. Even though sometimes I have a difficult time understanding exactly what the verse is saying, I pray that God can show me what I need to see. I’m thankful that I can come here and discuss or ask questions with women who are doing the same as well!

    1. Alexis says:

      Welcome!

  25. Katrina P says:

    Today’s verses are powerful reminders to not lose sight of who to guide us and also what matters most. I was just talking to some girlfriends last night about getting caught up in “the shiny things” of life … Titles… Ranks… Tangible “things”… Money…. That stuff just doesn’t matter. It’s who we become and who we are that matters in the end because of our intentions: Philippians 3:19 Their end is destruction, their god is their belly, and they glory in their shame, with minds set on earthly things.

  26. Gabrielle says:

    Only let us live up to what we have already attained -Philippians 3:16.
    These chapters of Isaiah and this chapter of Philippians is so powerful! I love this verse because it reinforces the truth that our papa God has made promises to us. He will lead us on the path he has chosen. This will still take effort by us, we have to make wise choices and trust in him. But it also reminds me of the confident faith we have in God. We can walk joyfully in this life because we know that 1) he has our back and 2) the end is heaven.

  27. Laura says:

    17 This is what the Lord, your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel says:

    I am Yahweh your God,
    who teaches you for your benefit,
    who leads you in the way you should go.
    18 If only you had paid attention to My commands.
    Then your peace would have been like a river,
    and your righteousness like the waves of the sea.
    I’m counting on this right now as I try to follow Him through one of the most difficult times of my life, some of my most treasured relationships broken as I try to walk in obedience to Him. I have seen His goodness shine far brighter here in this dark place, He is so faithful! And His redemption has begun even here as He keeps bringing other hurting women across my path and I have opportunity share some of the fresh comfort and hope He’s given me. So grateful to have been set free from the bog of self pity only by His grace!

  28. Carie says:

    Thankful for these verses at the end of our passage today. I have several loved ones who have serious sickness right now. Thankful for the reminder of a future hope, that we won’t be left in these lowly bodies forever but a glorious body like that of Jesus is our future! Praise God!
    Phil3:20 But our citizenship is in heaven. And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ, 21 who, by the power that enables him to bring everything under his control, will transform our lowly bodies so that they will be like his glorious body.

  29. Nicole says:

    18 Oh that you had paid attention to my commandments!
    Then your peace would have been like a river,
    and your righteousness like the waves of the sea;

    God’s ways are best and trusting in Him gives us peace like a river in all situations!
