It is of great encouragement to have this SRT space of meeting together and am so thankful for all of you that bring insight, wisdom, instruction, and perspective – love the words Rhonda used of sharpen and edify and stirring up as Cheryl and Sharon mentioned. Its such an amazing way to grow in faith together and to have this online connection in my life is just such a blessing. I am grateful to be part of a church family and also a small group that provides the in person, face to face means of connection that is vitality important to growing in and living out my faith. My small group doesn’t meet over the summer but like a few of you have mentioned we too, keep in touch almost daily by group message, sharing prayer requests, praises, different ladies make plans to meet up gor outings, walks, coffee etc. Maintaining connection, showing up and being intentionl to keep relational ties strong is really so essential and we are instructed to do so in the verse we read today – we are meant to be in community. Thank you to all that are here to be an extension of mine. Blessings on your day❤️

I can’t imagine (and don’t want to), LIFE without ALL of you! Our verse this morning fits SO well. We are sisters in Christ here to love one another, encourage one another, lift one another up and shouts of praise, and even like in the early church as we read earlier this week, provide for those in need! God is SO good! Happy Saturday sweet She’s! I’m SO excited to go visit my sweet girl. Please pray for safe travels. Leaving soon. Going to one of our favorite coffee shops! She told me she has homework, and that’s okay I can catch up on my SRT study guide and do some reading (Bob Goff), so we’ll be at this coffee shop for at least a couple hours! Hoping to go to the beach even if it’s just to walk a little or sit and enjoy the view! I’m excited that she’s going to back to one of the churches she visited and even had a conversation with one of the pastors this week at college group! Please continue to pray for Alyssa as she finds or settles in to a new church.

Yes agree! SRT is a community of believers and now friends gathering together each morning to edify, sharpen, encourage, hold up in prayer, and strengthen! So blessed to have found it over 10 years ago!!
My Christian friends have rescued me when I have been in need and at my lowest. They picked me up and took me to church, loved me, and helped me. I had other friends, but they had such a different way to “enjoy” our time together. Two paths, two very different outcomes. Thankfully God led me to the better (after awhile of painful bad decisions).
Now being a leader of groups I see how it helps so many ladies in their different seasons of life. The love and friendships developed are wonderful. The growth in our faith, a must. And to be able to pray for each other is such a gift. AND the one thing we can’t get here—A physical hug and smile.
My heart is heavy with my grandson still in jail and not knowing what is going to happen with him. The loss of my niece heavy knowing my sister’s family is changed forever and must keep living. So much hardship makes us crave our heavingly home! Thank you Jesus there is a real answer and future!! Hope has a name!! Jesus!

I have been so blessed to have my small group at church. I just joined it last year. Even when we cannot meet, group texts of prayer and encouragement have been what I’ve needed over the last few months. The Christian walk is not meant to be done alone ❤️
We do the same in our lifegroup. The bind is so strong! ❤❤❤
