Day 3 done- it was hard for me to see a clear overall message from the passages but there were bits and pieces I was able to take and put meaning to. I enjoyed reading the passages about John and Jesus both baptizing. John had spent so much time being in the spotlight that when Jesus started to become popular, someone else felt the need to tell John- it almost seemed like he was trying to instigate a turf war between John and Jesus. Instead, John is humble and says that he was never truly the one in the spotlight but that it has always been the lord.
I have never been baptized- in fact I am at the beginning of my spiritual relationship with god. Reading this makes me excited to be baptized one day and to have my children baptized as well so we can have eternal life in heaven. -

Late start here but it is amazing how much of John 3 is neglected. People love quoting John 3:16 but ignore the rest. So much truth❤
