This week we are memorizing a reminder from Scripture that there is no one like God.
“To whom will you compare me, or who is my equal?” asks the Holy One.

Yesterday I had an incredible God moment. I was at a winery and fell into conversation with a man who ‘happened ‘ to be standing next to me. We were just chatting, as strangers do, when he opened his phone to look something up,. I noticed he had the You Version app so I commented on it. He lit up and started telling me that he is a missionary to Silicon Valley. He is working at some of the major tech companies and has an enthusiasm and optimism that I haven’t seen for awhile. I’m honestly feeling a bit defeated lately. He started telling me how the Lord is working in such amazing ways. With that a rainbow appeared over our heads.
Friends, our God is an awesome God and He REIGNS! Let us rejoice on this His day and worship Him, the MOST HIGH!-

Hey everyone, prayer request, I have my first Animal Behavior test tomorrow and an online Physics exam to take…please pray for me to study hard today and to remember all that I’ve learned…and just to do my best. I really want to get better grades this semester. Love you all!

God is immutable, omnipresent, omniscient, omnipotent, personal, holy, loving, just, and good.
And He loves me and wants a relationship with me.
Indeed, there is no one like Him!

Yes . It’s amazing how much he cares for us even when he knows we’ve messed up and will continue to mess up

There is no other god but You, the Holy One. Only You. Worshiping You today. For Who You are and what You do. Grateful.

The essence of this verse reminds me of the chorus of Pat Barrett’s song “Build My Life.”
