Customer Support Specialist

She Reads Truth exists to promote ‘Women in the Word of God Every Day.’ This mission drives our team in everything we do, and we’re looking for someone to join us in this pursuit. We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to provide answers and support to our global She Reads Truth brands. The Customer Support Specialist is a self-motivated and kind worker who thrives in a role that helps others. This is a remote position that can be part-time or full-time with expected availability on nights and weekends.

Note: This is a seasonal, remote position.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide answers to customer questions and concerns in a timely manner
  • Interact with the worldwide She Reads Truth community while embodying the voice, posture, and care of the team to our customers
  • Frequently check multiple email addresses, and provide customer service to the She Reads Truth community (and extended brands) 
  • Maintain awareness of community issues, troubleshooting ways to serve and engage the Shes and Hes, and increasing community membership retention
  • Discern confidential information and maintain confidentiality
  • Understanding of, and appreciation for, the She Reads Truth sensibility, brand, aesthetic, and mission
  • Available to work nights and weekends

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service
  • Experience with subscription services (preferred)
  • Ability to work autonomously and joyfully serve with a cheerful attitude
  • Familiarity with customer support applications including ShipStation, Gorgias and Shopify to address and resolve customer issues
