Marketing Manager

She Reads Truth exists to promote ‘Women in the Word of God Every Day.’ This mission drives our team in everything we do, and we’re looking for someone to join us in this pursuit. We are seeking a full-time, on-site Customer Life Cycle Marketing Manager responsible for the strategy and project management of marketing efforts related to the full customer life cycle, from acquisition to retention. The Marketing Manager is a highly-organized executor that can see the end goal and drive toward it with excellence and purpose. Main tasks are strategy, project management, testing, reporting, and eCommerce strategies. Main deliverables include lead pages, social media campaigns, automated email campaigns, targeted emails, scheduled promotions, paid social, and more.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Regularly communicate with Marketing Director to gain understanding of high-level marketing strategies and goals
  • Define and oversee the execution of marketing strategies in pursuit of CLTV
  • Implement marketing and advertising campaigns as project manager with all involved departments
  • Read, understand, and present analytics and historical marketing data
  • Manage eCommerce strategies to optimize conversion
  • Regularly present outcomes of marketing reports to leadership
  • Create and present potential solutions for new marketing efforts
  • Ongoing awareness of global marketing trends and willingness to offer new ideas
  • Manage production timeline alongside other departments and external vendors
  • Work with Editorial team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with brand standards
  • Communicate with outside contractors and vendors on details around projects

  Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar field of study
  • 3+ years of relevant marketing experience
  • Expert level of working understanding of the customer life cycles, sales funnels, lead pages, email automations, paid social 
  • Proven success marketing consumer products
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • High level of organization
  • Personally motivated by results and data
  • Ability to understand, educate, and preserve the She Reads Truth sensibility, brand, voice, aesthetic, and mission.
  • Manage multiple projects at once and thrive in a collaborative team environment
  • Be able to work autonomously and joyfully serve with a cheerful attitude
  • Discern confidential information and maintain confidentiality
