BY She Reads Truth
Take this day to catch up on your reading, pray, and rest in the presence of the Lord.
Don’t worry about anything, but in everything, through prayer and petition with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.

I love this verse and also verse 7 that so beautifully states in the NIV: “And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.” Praying the peace of God will guard our hearts and minds today as we begin this week!

So badly needed this beautiful reminder. I can breathe better knowing that God’s got this if I release what I can’t control

One of my favorite verses.

What a perfect verse in perfect timing. Please pray for my son Tanner. He is not doing well.

This is Thanksgiving weekend one Canada. Thank-you for the apt scripture to focus on. In this crazy time we need to cling to His Word and remember to give thanks that our Father in Heaven is in control.

As soon as I read the first few WORDS I was overwhelmed with tears. And I still out right now. I feel as if God is telling me, right now “don’t worry, I will continue to provide just like I have every year”. I can’t stop crying. My God is so good. I’m taking a DEEP breath. Also my dear SRT sisters could you please pray for my college son who has lots of homework and assignments due within the next 24 hours. He’s overwhelmed.

I cried a little as well. I am overcome by work stress to perform under a microscope. It’s hard because I have never been watched for performance before and I feel my job is on the line. I needed this verse to let go, do as best as I can and the Lord will provide.

I’m praying for you Syndee. Give it your best and leave the rest to God.

My reading today in my “Jesus Calling” book, speaks on trusting Him He’s in control no matter what is happening. Today’s SRT message and that reminds me to leave it all to Him, give praise, thanksgiving and for me to stop trying to be self-sufficient! Have a blessed weekend ladies.
