  1. Dorothy says:

My shining light is of the love from God and Jesus Christ and the Holy.
My good works come from following the teachings of God and Christ, which I have learned all my life.
I give glory to my Father in Heaven because He sent His One and Only Son to die for my sins and forgives me continuously and gives everlasting life.
All I have to do is believe and have faith and I do Lord, even though I sometimes stray I do Lord, I do.

  2. Bridgette Alvarez says:

CASSANDRA KING I’m at in continuous prayer for you and your family as well as for your country. I was reading Isaiah 26:3 – You will keep in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You because he trusts in You. God is a God above our circumstances. Everything is under His feet. Casondra, no weapon formed against you shall prosper. God will provide your every need. Cry out to Him. Trust Him. I’m already thanking God for that which He will deliver you and your family from. It’s going to be good. In Jesus name. Amen

  4. Courtney says:

Cassandra, I am so sorry that you are experiencing such difficult times and am praying for your healing and God’s love and protection over you and your family and that He softens the heart of your husband and inspires him to do what is right.

  5. Cassandra King says:

I have been sick with a low grade fever for weeks. We have 5 kiddos, and our county makes up more than half the deaths and positive cases for Covid. To say I’m concerned is an understatement. I’m a cancer survivor with an autoimmune disease and asthma. 2 of my girls have asthma, and one has Lupus. My girls no longer have insurance because their biological father lost his job and refused to give us the info needed to add to our plan, despite the attorney telling him to do so. I trust God will simultaneously feeling fearful. I covet your prayers and am praying in turn for supernatural protection of God’s children and opportunities to show the love of Christ to our neighbors.

  6. Eva says:

I love this verse! It’s a simple reminder that in this current season we have got to remember to reflect the love of God, to let His light shine so that we may be a source of light and peace to those who need it. God is still good. Forever.

  7. Anna S. says:

I love this verse for today because it’s a reminder that people are always watching us. We have an opportunity to be a light to the world in how we respond to everything going on. I’m planning to get married three weeks from today and in light of everything, my original plans have had to drastically change. It’s never what I wanted, but I see it as an opportunity to be a light to my unsaved family and friends during this time. God is still doing good things even in the midst of what seems to be chaos to us.

  8. Mikki says:

“…let your light shine before others, that they may SEE your good deeds…” This is speaking to me that to disciple is to be the best Christian, friend, family member, coworker that you can be and this is the best way to “glorify your Father in heaven.” Actions speak louder than words.

Praying for all of you SRT sisters! We will get through this, and I’m glad I get to with all of you! <3
