BY She Reads Truth
Use this day to pray, rest, and reflect on this week’s reading, giving thanks for the grace that is ours in Christ.
For those of you who were baptized into Christ have been clothed with Christ. There is no Jew or Greek, slave or free, male and female; since you are all one in Christ Jesus. And if you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s seed, heirs according to the promise.
Galatians 3:27–29

I love that we are all one in Christ! I pray that I would treat my brothers and sisters in Christ this way.

I am His! And He is mine. Mistakes and all His love for me will NEVER change. Ladies, this morning I’m feeling inadequate (for lack of a real word I want to use).
But I know that I know that Jesus looks beyond those mistakes. -
I was talking with my English Language Learners class about the word inheritance and what it could mean and I got mixed answers in all of my classes, but it was interesting how in each class someone said that someone “has to die” for us to receive our inheritance. We don’t have to do anything. God’s promises are so true and real and we’re still receiving an inheritance from thousands of years ago. And the one that had to die fir us to receive is the same Jesus that clothes us with righteousness. Thank you Jesus for dying for our sakes so we can be a part of the inheritance we couldn’t earn and rising from the grave so one day we would all be together. ❤️❤️❤️

Wow. Love this!!! I’ve never thought of the fact that in order to receive an inheritance one must die first…even though it’s pretty obvious once you take a moment to think about it. Your statement really struck a chord with me today, so thank you Amber!
