Redemption: the action of saving or being saved from sin. I am forgiven. We are forgiven. Thankful for my JESUS. I cannot do life without HIM!

Kristen, thank you for the encouragement to listen to Tim Keller’s sermons. He touches my heart and teaches me so much. I hadn’t listened to his sermon that you mentioned about how to live in God’s perfect peace. It was amazing and was exactly what I needed to hear. Thank you for your suggestion. I have never stood in a courtroom waiting for a pronouncement of my fate. I can’t imagine the relief of hearing “Not guilty!“ There will come a day however when I will stand before the One who has the right to judge. I will stand before Him in confidence and I will bow in gratitude for the redemption and forgiveness I have in Him. His Word is true. There is no condemnation, no guilt to be found. Jesus had paid my debt at the cross and I was cleared at the time of my confession of faith. My slate has been clean ever since. All sin erased! Every sin past, present and future – gone! He rescued me from darkness and transferred me into the kingdom of His beloved Son. How wonderful! How marvelous! Turn the praise music up! I just gotta dance!
