Grace Day

Open Your Bible

Colossians 3:23–24

Take this day as an opportunity to catch up on your reading, pray, and rest in the presence of the Lord.

Whatever you do, do it from the heart, as something done for the Lord and not for people, knowing that you will receive the reward of an inheritance from the Lord. You serve the Lord Christ.
—Colossians 3:23–24

Mari, thank you for your kindness. ❤️ So many hearts in this sacred place, joined together in love and support for one another. “They will know we are Christians by our love.” Yes. Amen. Thank you. Thanks be to God.

Churchmouse, i’m on a long distance run right now. I am praying for you! You mean so much to me. I admire you. Your words of wisdom mean a lot to me

    Everything I do.
For my employer, my community, my family, my church.
With joy and perseverance and purpose and passion.
My actual Master is the Creator, the King of Kings, the One True God.
Not for money, accolades, nor admiration from men.
My compensation is held in trust by God to be distributed in eternity.
Washing dishes, paying bills, planning lessons, listening, repenting, attending meetings, filing paperwork, cleaning the garage, forgiving, being flexible, selecting worship music, hearing criticism, organizing an event, cooking dinner, sharing my computer, arriving on time, meeting deadlines.
ALL for the Lord, my Savior, the precious Son of God!

    Amen. May this be so.
