God will always serve justice and wrath where it is due. Esther is a great example of leaving it up to God and him providing.

3And they sing the song of Moses, the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying,
“Great and amazing are your deeds,
O Lord God the Almighty!
Just and true are your ways,
O King of the nations!
4Who will not fear, O Lord,
and glorify your name?
For you alone are holy.
All nations will come
and worship you,
for your righteous acts have been revealed.” -

I’ve loved reading through the whole bible this year, but I’m definitely looking forward to reading less so I can dig a little deeper – hoping to study Pauls letters in detail this coming year!

I’ve never read the story of Esther but I love it! How cool to learn about submission and God’s plans for us.

Pride definitely went before Haman’s fall. I pray that I would not be so prideful that God has to be that drastic with me!
-
Suzanne, Amen! I join you in that same prayer. Have a blessed & Merry Christmas!
