Very much looking forward to the lords coming!

  2. Carol Bowman says:

8“I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says the Lord God, “who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.”

  3. Sharon Ide says:

What beautiful and glorious glimpses of Christ the Son of Man we have in these texts. How the Israelites long to see their Messiah, how John longed to see His Lord, and yet how glorious He is and will be when He comes, that we would fall as though dead before Him. May we have a high and holy view of the Lord Jesus Christ, who holds the key to death and Hades and has been given all dominion and authority and power.

    1. Sarah Johnson says:

I love this so much! Almost every time Christ appears in the Bible, those who see him faint or fall over which is kind of funny but also signals how overwhelming it must be to see him in person. It’s exciting and nerve-wracking to think about!!

  4. JoAnn Foley-DeFiore says:

I love the parallel between Daniels vision of the Son if Man (Jesus) and John’s vision of Jesus in Revelation!

  5. E Hong says:

5and from Jesus Christ the faithful witness, the firstborn of the dead, and the ruler of kings on earth.

To him who loves us and has freed us from our sins by his blood

  6. Michelle Chen says:

8“I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says the Lord God, “who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.”

  7. Isabel A says:

I absolutely love the parallel between Daniel’s vision and John’s vision. With the busyness of this season, it’s easy to lose track and not put God as our main priority. Stay prayerful and remain steadfast, for we do not know when our Lord will come back. I cannot wait for that day when light will defeat darkness forever!

  8. Britt C says:

Nebuchadnezzar was humbled until he understood that it is the Most High God is ruler over all mankind and that he sets over it whomever he wishes. What pride can do to me is devastating in its consequences! I pray that my Father keeps me humble. May we all realize that God is sovereign and does whatever he chooses to set up and tear down rulers and kingdoms and ultimately does whatever he chooses with our lives.
