Genesis 25&26 is a reminder that God knows the beginning and the end and His promises will never fail.
John 10 – Also a reminder that God goes before his people; he leads us, goes ahead of us, knows our names and has sent His son Jesus that was may have life in abundance.

Good reminder that he is the good shepherd. He WILL bring his sheep to himself and they WILL hear his voice. The salvation of others does not depend on us. We must be faithful to proclaim Christ, but he is the one who does the drawing to himself. He loves his sheep and he will save his own.

  6. Tori Bissell says:

I love that the more we know him and are his sheep the more we can hear his voice

The wells section of this reading confused me and it’s something I will go back to.
But one perspective I took was when Jesus says I have showed you and you still do not believe… I’m wondering if I would be just like the people; skeptical that is. Or would I right away accept? Just putting myself in their shoes
