It’s inspiring how Paul is stoned in Lystra, almost dies but doesn’t, and the next day he goes do a new place to continue spreading the word of God. THEN he goes back to Lystra to strengthen the disciples and encourage them. The same place where he was stoned by them for doing the same thing. That is a level of bravery and boldness in faith that can only come from God living inside of him and a life devoted to God. It’s amazing.

Wow! It’s as if Ecclesiastes 4:1-3 was written today, at this moment in history. So many men and woman are oppressed from countries far and near. This scripture actually made me cry. Lord, make us more compassionate, loving people who welcome all with open arms and send us leaders who welcome every soul in need of freedom into our country.
