    ‘I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you” (John 14:18). As mom to a child who was orphaned by abandonment, this verse has special significance. Even the punctuation speaks to the emphasis Christ puts on His promise here. He could have stopped after “orphans,” but He reiterates and reassures, “I will come to you.” ⚓️
