Day 6

Grace Day

from the Joshua reading plan

Hebrews 8:10

BY She Reads Truth

Take this day as an opportunity to catch up on your reading, pray, and rest in the presence of the Lord.

But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel
after those days, says the Lord: I will put My laws into their minds
and write them on their hearts.
I will be their God, and they will be My people.

Dear Sisters, please pray for me as I have been battling vertigo for several weeks now. I trust God in whatever He is doing but, am weary of feeling off balance for over a week now. I go to the dr. on Monday to discuss the test results. I have had some time of interceding for others and really need others to pray for me. Thank you! Glory to God!

Praying for you, Cynthia. I have a couple of close friends who have recently been dealing with vertigo as well and it seems so exhausting. Praying for quick healing but also that this time will be used by God to draw you closer to Him and restore your spirit.

Grateful this morning for a God who wants to be mine and who wants me to be His. Grateful that He is a God who relentlessly pursues. Grateful that He has provide His written Word so that I, in my century, might know Him intimately. Grateful that as I read the Bible, He puts His laws into my mind and He writes them on my heart. Oh that my mind would be seared by knowledge of Him. Oh that my heart might be scarred by His penmanship. Write on me, dear Lord. Write on.

I echo that. I am thankful the Lord never gave up on me and I am grateful for His Word – every layer that He reveals.
