Day 20

Grace Day

Colossians 3:12-15

BY She Reads Truth

We can all use a grace day, can’t we? Take this day as an opportunity to catch up, pray, and just rest in the presence of the Lord. Pray the scripture below for a specific woman in our life and for yourself.

Colossians 3:12-15 HCSB
Therefore, God’s chosen ones, holy and loved, put on heartfelt compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience, accepting one another and forgiving one another if anyone has a complaint against another. Just as the Lord has forgiven you, so you must also forgive. Above all, put on love—the perfect bond of unity. And let the peace of the Messiah, to which you were also called in one body, control your hearts. Be thankful.

Really needed this today, I’ve been struggling with truly forgiving the person I gave my heart to than ended up getting it broken by him as well. I continued to pray and ask God to help me to forgive him wholeheartedly so I can move on and not feel bitter and so caught up on the “why” and the million of questions & other underling things racing through my mind about the situation. Pray for me as I continue to pray and seek more God as well.

I really needed this today. Going through some family issues that each person needs to forgive one another and I’m stuck in the middle. Please pray for me and my family.

We are one in the spirit
We are one in the Lord
We are one in the spirit
We are one in the Lord
And we pray that all unity may one day be restored
