    forbearance
    noun for·bear·ance \fȯr-ˈber-ən(t)s,

: the quality of someone who is patient and able to deal with a difficult person or situation without becoming angry

Thank you for sharing this definition because it helped me see that it really is more than just patience.

  2. Kristy says:

Gal 5:7-“Ye did run well; who did hinder you that ye should not obey the truth?” Every time I read this verse, one word sticks out to me: “who.” This verse says, “you were doing great! You were following the Lord! You were doing what’s right! But now you aren’t!” And it doesn’t say “what happened?” It says “WHO happened?” Just a reminder for all of us to choose our friends and influences wisely, because when we backslide from the Lord, it’s often not because of a WHAT, but because of a WHO.

    1. Kaylin says:

      Thank you. Amen

    2. Amber says:

I love the way you worded this and this verse spoke to me too! Makes us realize when need to step back and reevaluate our “friends”
