An Overview

The book of Daniel is set in a time when God’s people were tossed back and forth under enemy rule and in camps of exile. They lived as strangers in strange lands, struggling to obey God’s laws and maintain their heritage of faith in enemy territory. From familiar stories like Daniel in the lion's den, to unfamiliar and unusual prophecies, we'll dig into the entire book of Daniel and see that we, too, are exiles—but God is still, and will forever be, the one true King.
