Romans: Day 35

Weekly Truth

Today's Text: Romans 10:13

Memorizing Scripture is one of the best ways to carry God-breathed truth, instruction, and reproof wherever we go.

As we read through Romans together, we are memorizing the steps in the Romans Road to salvation, a concise explanation of the gospel using verses from this epistle. The fifth and final step declares the assurance that we have in Christ Jesus.

For everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.
—Romans 10:13

  • Just saw this Sarah D. Will take the time to pray for you and your family right now. My daughter and I just saw soul surfer again last week.

  • Sarah D.

Hi guys. Can you please pray for my brother in laws family? Chris’ brother, Billy, just passed away from a heart attack. We’re here in Kauai planning on meeting Bethany Hamilton today, but Chris is going to stay at the hotel. Just really heartbroken for him and the family, Chris was always very close with his brother. Still in shock.

Sometimes in the midst of a depressive or Anxious episode I have to repeat this verse over and over in my head.

  • Amen! I just can’t see my life without my Jesus! It was the very best decision I’ve ever made in my entire life!

    • Bev

I can my life without Jesus through the eyes and heartbreak of my friends who do not know him. They have that God-sized thirst that cannot be quenched by anything in this world. I pray for all my friends – and yours – who need God’s saving grace.

  • Beautiful verse for a Sunday morning!
