Just tap on the picture until it says save image(at least on iPhones that’s how it works). Save the image and then go to your photo album and set it as your lock screen.

Thanks! To anyone else trying to figure this out: on my iPhone I just touched the image once and held my finger down on it until the "save image" option popped up. :)
